the apartment was immaculate. i appreciated the fully equipped kitchen. the staff's friendliness created a warm, inviting atmosphere. i also found the location convenient with easy access to various attractions.

the lighting in the bathroom could be brighter for makeup application.

wonderful apartment stay

comfortable bed really good staff

the Suite was spacious. the bed was comfortable also, the bathroom and shower were very nice. i found the kitchen well-equipped, and i appreciated the good lighting. everything was spotlessly clean. the staff was really good always.

i called the reception about the hot water multiple times. nothing happened until the third day. it was only then when it became clear the boiler was not functioning and that was very disappointing to me.

boiler malfunction electric heater

the hot water system malfunctioned i contacted reception multiple times but it was not until the third day the boiler was confirmed non-functional an electric heater was provided this was a very poor solution i expected a prompt resolution. the lack of immediate action was disappointing

beautiful apartment luxury bedding comfortable beds cozy lobby

the apartment was beautiful, light and airy. it felt really luxurious with all amenities included. beds are comfortable and bedding luxurious too. i liked having access to the lobby at mosaic house. it was nice to relax after a busy day.

the air conditioner was set too warm for the weather. i found it difficult to adjust.

staff more than helpful. reception gave us a larger apartment than we paid for. we even got a bottle of prosecco to welcome us, so nice. netflix included.
